New in mtm v0.3

 - Theme support. (duh. stupid);
 - Added changelog, license, TODO && CREDITS;
 - BTW, the license is GPL :)
 - Now the 3rd column in $tmbrowsefields is a max-size value. If the string is
   greather than the this value, its substr()'ed with ' ...' appended after;
